Alex Morf is a writer, director, and actor who's worked in theater, film, and television for two decades. Best known for his work on series like MINDHUNTER, MANIFEST, DAREDEVIL and for playing Curley in the Broadway production of OF MICE AND MEN, Alex is widely known for his ability to portray an eclectic range of believable and empathetic characters.
His directing projects include PUBLIC PROPERTY, OFF THE GRID, and the upcoming ODE TO PSYCHE — a short film that inspired his one-hour pilot by the same name, which recently won the 2022 Screencraft Pilot Competition (60 minute category).
Alex is a native of Mount Vernon, Iowa. He’s a father and the lucky husband to his partner in art and life, Charise Greene.
Charise Greene is an actor, coach, director, and writer whose work has been produced in New York and across the country. Originally from Laguna Beach, California Charise’s television credits include THE AFFAIR, YOUNGER, and DICKINSON.
She has coached countless performances in film and television, working alongside Charlie Kaufman, Julie Taymor and others. Her play, CANNIBAL GALAXY: A LOVE STORY, was produced in NYC and Cininnati. Charise directed PERICLES and MEN ON BOATS at Barnard College. She’s starred in the Wild Rye productions, PUBLIC PROPERTY, OFF THE GRID, and ODE TO PSYCHE.
Her most important roles in life are mama to Mariah and Eli and wife to Alex.
